1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bn99" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of the bn99 platform accessible at bn99.im, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the bn99 website, all web-based gaming products, sports betting interfaces, live casino environments, payment portals, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces made available at bn99.im.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the bn99 Platform and uses any part of the gaming or betting services offered.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, and personal details.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player directly from their own financial accounts via an approved payment method, as distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-deposited incentives credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency in which all transactions on the bn99 Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by bn99 before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the bn99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. bn99 strictly enforces this age requirement and will not knowingly permit any individual under 21 to open or operate an account.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your personal, non-commercial use only. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of bn99 or its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously had an account with bn99 suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms, and you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period.
• You acknowledge and accept that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and you agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly should any details change. bn99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration at any time.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bn99 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bn99 staff will never ask you for your password in any communication.

You agree to notify bn99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. bn99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bn99 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your bn99 account on shared or public devices or over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available within your account settings where offered.
• Log out of your account session fully after each use, particularly on shared devices.

Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity, unless you have previously reported a security compromise to bn99.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to bn99 accounts must originate from a payment method legally registered in your own name. bn99 does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within 1 to 4 business hours during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified account belonging to the same individual, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• bn99 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers, banks, or network operators are outside bn99's control and are not reimbursed.
• bn99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where unusual transaction patterns are identified, or where the cumulative withdrawal amount triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.
• Deposits made in error or returned by a payment provider may result in a negative account balance. bn99 reserves the right to recover such amounts from future deposits or winnings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bn99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal tournaments. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods.

General conditions applicable to all bn99 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is always wagered first. Once the Real Money Balance reaches zero, Bonus Funds are wagered.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slots may carry reduced or zero contribution percentages. The contribution schedule is displayed within the applicable promotion's full terms.
• Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and the bonus balance will be removed without compensation.
• bn99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and deposited in reliance on it will have their claims honoured under the original terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Players found to be attempting to claim duplicate bonuses across multiple accounts will have all associated accounts and bonuses voided.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bn99 sportsbook and all wagers made on casino games are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket betting and PSL markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Changes to odds after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other interruption, settlement rules applicable to each sport and market type will be applied as displayed in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are set at bn99's discretion and may differ between Players based on account history and risk assessment.
• bn99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was made available due to a technical or human error in the odds, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time of placing.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. bn99 is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play odds or bet acceptance.

With respect to casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer action. Game results are final once the round is completed and displayed to the Player. Technical malfunctions void all related plays and wagers for the affected round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity. bn99 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bn99 Platform, its software, or its intellectual property.
• Engaging in any conduct through bn99's communication channels — including live chat and email — that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward bn99 staff or other players.
• Opening or operating more than one bn99 account simultaneously, or opening a new account following a suspension or self-exclusion without bn99's explicit prior written approval.

8 Responsible Gaming

bn99 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that prompt a review after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During an active self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the exclusion period expires naturally (except in the case of permanent exclusion).
• Reality Checks: Net session loss and time-in-session summaries are available within your account dashboard at any time.

bn99 may, at its sole discretion, impose additional account restrictions on any Player where internal risk monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bn99 Platform — including but not limited to the bn99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bn99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bn99.
• Use the bn99 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation that has not been authorised by bn99 in writing.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital medium without written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to bn99 become the property of bn99 and may be used without compensation or attribution to the submitting Player.

10 Limitation of Liability

The bn99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bn99 makes all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn99 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Any interruption or delay in service caused by factors outside bn99's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, payment network disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of accessing bn99 from your location.
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bn99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Suspension & Termination

bn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submission of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Identification of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.
• Identification of bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other conduct that violates Section 7 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after the 12-month threshold, deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bn99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be paid out subject to KYC completion.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bn99 Platform — including disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus terms, payment processing, or account actions — you must follow the procedure set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Provide your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, the date of the event, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: bn99's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require up to 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to bn99's compliance team by replying to the resolution communication and clearly stating your grounds for escalation.

Disputes not raised within 30 days of the triggering event may not be eligible for investigation. bn99's decision following the completion of the internal review and escalation process shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bn99 is licensed and incorporated. Any legal proceedings arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bn99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bn99 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email notification to the address registered on the account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bn99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
